Acceptance of Terms

By paying the invoice for our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the service provided by Vector Art Academy. Payment indicates acceptance of the quoted price and the delivery date for the services requested or products purchases.

General Refund Policy

Our services involve significant preparation and customization based on your specific needs and requests. As such, we generally do not offer refunds once work on your request has commenced. This policy is in place because our services involve the allocation of time and resources, which are irrevocable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We aim to provide the highest level of satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. In exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial or full refund. This is contingent on the following conditions:

  1. Communication of Issues: You must inform us of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible and provide clear reasons for your concerns.
  2. Review Process: We will review your concerns in the context of the services rendered and the initial request made.
  3. Resolution Attempts: We will first attempt to rectify the situation or offer an alternative solution. A refund will only be considered if a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if granted, will only be considered within 30 days of service delivery. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
